Thank you for choosing NumerAura. We sell instant-access digital products, including the Premium Numerology eBook Bundle and the AI-Powered Numerology Reading Generator for ChatGPT. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
1) All Sales Final — No Refunds
Because our products are delivered instantly after payment, all sales are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
We do not issue refunds for change of mind, accidental purchase, subjective dissatisfaction, or “I didn’t use it.”
(If a refund is required by applicable law, we will comply with that requirement.)
2) Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is completed because delivery is immediate. If you made a mistake at checkout, contact us immediately and do not download any files—while we generally cannot cancel, we’ll review on a good-faith basis.
3) Access & Delivery Support
Didn’t receive your downloads or access links?
Check your Spam/Promotions folder.
If still missing, email support@numeraura.online and we’ll re-send access promptly.
We will make every reasonable effort to restore access to your purchase.
4) Duplicate Charges / Technical Errors
If you believe you were charged twice for the same order or encountered a processing error, email support@numeraura.online with your order ID and a payment screenshot. We will investigate and, where an error is verified, take the appropriate corrective action (including reversal/adjustment as required by law or by our payment processor’s rules).
5) Chargebacks
Please contact us first so we can resolve issues quickly. Filing an unwarranted chargeback may result in suspension of access, and we will respond to the chargeback with proof of delivery.
6) Product Updates
From time to time, we may update files or add bonuses. Access to updates may be provided at our discretion for active purchasers.
