Welcome to NumerAura (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms govern your use of numeraura.online (the “Site”) and purchases of our digital products and services (the “Services”). By accessing or buying from us, you agree to these Terms.

We sell digital downloads and access (e.g., the Premium Numerology eBook Bundle and the AI-Powered Numerology Reading Generator for ChatGPT). Product descriptions, inclusions, and pricing are listed on the relevant pages. We may update content and pricing at any time.

3) License & permitted use

Unless stated otherwise, your purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the content for your own personal or internal business use.
You may not:

Outputs you create using the AI Prompts/Generator are yours, but you may not resell the prompts themselves or package our prompt set as a competing product.

4) Accounts, access & delivery

After successful payment, you’ll receive instant digital access via on-screen links and/or email. Keep your access links private. If you do not receive access within 30 minutes, contact support@numeraura.online.

5) Pricing, taxes & payments

Prices are shown in INR and may change without notice. Payments are processed securely by Cosmofeed and its payment partners (e.g., UPI/Net Banking/Cards). Any applicable taxes (e.g., GST when applicable) will be displayed at checkout.

6) Refunds & cancellations

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final except in limited cases (e.g., duplicate charge, accidental double purchase, or technical failure on our end). See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for the full process.

7) Intellectual property

All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, product packaging, prompt sets, and downloads—belongs to NumerAura or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other IP laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

You agree not to misuse the Site or Services, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, scraping, transmitting malware, or engaging in conduct that violates applicable law.

Examples, forecasts, or testimonials shown are illustrative and do not guarantee specific outcomes. Your results depend on your individual situation and effort.

We may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., Cosmofeed, Meta/Facebook, Google). We are not responsible for their content, policies, or availability. Review their terms and privacy policies.

11) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NumerAura and its officers, employees, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or use, arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NumerAura from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Site/Services or violation of these Terms.

14) Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts of ⟨Your City⟩, India will have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections under applicable law.
